Wonderful

Its right on the beach and not to crowded. Had an awesome deck that looks out on the ocean.

Had to go to the motel next door the get breakfast. The Mexican vendors on the beach where a little annoying trying to sell you stuff.

Beautiful room. Maybe take an HDMI and laptop or other streaming device.

The room was beautiful and the beach was right in front of us. The staff was nice and everything was clean

The TV in the bedrooms didn't work, just the living room. We made requests at the front office but they couldn't fix them. We made due by buying some HDMI cables and connecting our laptops.

Too pricey and the last minute extra charge for a so call HOA fee for three days.

The view of the beach from the balcony is beautiful. The alcoholic beverages served at the bar, located at the pool area and beach, were awesome. Hotel security staff was very courteous. Restaurant food was good. Room was really nice and comfy. The pool was wonderful.

To start off, lobby entrance does not have automatic sliding doors. Which doesn’t make it handicap friendly. Need more staff in reception we took about 40min waiting for check in. Housekeeping staff wasn’t very friendly and refused to give us a trash bag. Bar staff was very moody. Restaurant service was very slow. The room had sewer smell in the master bathroom occasionally. The big step to and from the beach is very high and not handicap friendly.

Beautiful condo, clean and comfortable . My family loved the view and location!

I had never stayed in a condo before so I didn’t realize we wouldn’t have towels or room service. We adapted and now we know for next time. It should just be clearer at the time of renting so guests are prepared.

Location was safe and secure. Security at night after 10 PM were strict keeping noise down. A good or bad thing.

Checking in, if multiple people are staying in one room, guest can not check-in on your behalf if you did the booking. Minor issue resolved by property administrator.

We stayed in room E702, balcony was nice with a breathtaking view. The condominium was clean and beautiful. The A/C worked excellent! The kitchen was stocked with pots, utensils, and more. Had a full clean water dispenser so you don’t drink tap water. Out by the pool has direct access to the sandy beach, even perfectly warm. Even the pool was clean and warm, which is a plus when you have kids. Security was was on point starting from the parking lot and all around the premises.

Location is good, next to the beach.

Overpriced, service overall not good, in 4 days was not even contacted once to check if I needed anything, when I asked for basic stuff like toilet paper or towels they requested me to wash the towels and to go the front desk to pick up the paper, maintenance guy was to return the following day to fix some lights no working but did not happen.

The condo was very clean and stocked with all the items we needed. The bed was comfortable, and the entire property was spotless and very secure.

Two minor issues...the elevators are not climate controlled....pretty hot and humid in there, and we wish the restaurant opener earlier in the day for lunch.

The view from the room was fabulous...

None of the remotes to the television sets worked.. Very basic cable. Wi-Fi was not working at full capacity. Signal was extremely weak even when we were in the room.

Loved the room location. Staff was amazing!!!!! The on site restaurant was fabulous!!!! All the girls were amazing hearts!!!!Angel at the Front Desk and Jesus were great. Hector was wonderful!

The floors in the rooms need to clean, weren’t. Maybe extra towels.

I loved the view, the pool was the greatest. Food at the Sonoran grill was epic.

for the money I payed, the furniture was very old, we had the smallest tv with vcr attached in both rooms, in the living room we had a very small flat screen and we can only watch 3 channels. It also had a vcr and it didn’t work either.
